Accepting most major insurance plans, including:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• United Healthcare/ Optum

• Lyra EAP

• Loveland 

• Out of Network

If using Out of Network benefits, I will provide you with the appropriate paperwork that can be submitted to your insurance carrier.  Some insurance plans may reimburse as much as 60%- 80%.  However, please call your insurance company and ask about your current benefits and coverage.

How Does Using Insurance Your Insurance Work?

The process of accepting insurance has been streamlined and simplified for your comfort.  Your insurance information will be collected as part of the initial intake process.  You will be provided with a detailed summary of your benefits including the rate of each session, deductible amount and any applicable co-payment amount.  Claims will be filed on your behalf after each session; any invoices, receipts and billing statements will be provided promptly after each session.
